Stephanie tries to encourage Ziggy, Trixie, Stingy, and Pixel to be more active rather than stay inside and play computer games.

The "baddy" is Robbie Rotten who lives underground on the edge of town. He disguises himself and tries to get the hero, Sportacus, to leave town.
